Meet our Instructors
Henry Boswell

Currently competing at Grand Prix level dressage Henry teaches many private clients on their own horses. Henry also runs regular dressage clinics at Radway.
Jo Hill
Qualified up to BHS AI Jo is our chief instructor and has over 20 years teaching experience. Jo has also competed in all disciplines and often schools and brings on young horses at the centre.
Sue Gerrard
Qualified to BHS Intermediate Teaching Certificate, Sue has been teaching since 1980 and has been part of the team at Radway for the past 7 years. Although Sue no longer competes she still rides her own horses daily.
Rachel Cordle
Qualified to BHS AI, Rachel has been teaching for over 5 years. Rachel has studied at Otley College in Suffolk, Warwickshire College and has also worked at Brooksby Melton College in Leicestershire. She has gained a variety of academic equine qualifications ranging from a First Diploma in Horse Care to a BA Equine Studies. Rachel competes her own horse in all disciplines. Rachel teaches full time at Radway, helps run Radway Pony Club and helps manage the riding school.
Emma Stoba

Qualified to BHS AI, Emma has been teaching at Radway for the past 2 years. Emma has competed up to Pre-Novice level eventing and is also a freelance instructor. Emma has also recently started training to become an Equine Touch Practitioner (a type of Physio).
Stephen Andrews
Stephen is a very experienced instructor with his BHS Intermediate Teaching and Stable Managers Certificates. He trained at the famous Talland School of Equitation and was senior instructor at Checkendon Equestrian Centre for clients and staff. He is currently studying a BSC in Equine Science at Warwickshire College and will be taking on the Sunday lessons.
Gina Smith
Qualified to BHS AI, Gina also has a BA (hons) Equine Studies and has over 15 years teaching experience. Gina runs Radway Pony Club and teaches the children's lessons on a Saturday morning. |
