RADWAY PONY AND RIDING CLUB
CLUBS CODE OF PRACTISE
We offer everyone a warm welcome at Radway.
We are happy to help everyone enjoy equestrian sport and we are all inclusive and wish to engage more participants from the disabled community, people with learning disabilities and minority ethnic communities.
In a research of childhood experiences 43% of young people identified bullying or being discriminated against as the most common source of distress and misery.
We value every new member and wish to see that every club member supports in a positive way the efforts of every person attending Radway Riding School.
Together let’s make sure that no one is discriminated against because of ability, size, dress, ethnic minority or manner of speech, by following a few simple rules.
· Treat each other with respect.
· Praise effort and help to raise the self esteem of every rider.
· Act sensitively with regard to the feelings of others.
· Respect yourself and set a good example to others.
· Speak to a member of staff if you are aware of any type of bullying behaviour either to yourself or another person, whether it’s at Radway or in the wider community of school or work, or on social media.
ANYONE WHO BREAKS THE ABOVE CODE OF PRACTISE MAY BE SUSPENDED FROM ATTENDING RADWAY RIDING SCHOOL
